Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received a damaged/incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • The wrong item was sent

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
